General questions

Most common questions that usually arise – all the answers are collected for you at one place.

Transportation

Yes. We are always there to help you with this. So, if you need any assistance – please, let us know when confirming your booking and we will search for the best options for you.

Yes. We always include all internal transportation that is needed during the tour, so you don’t have to pay additionally for any of those – either it’s a car transfer, a boat or even a flight.

That depends on the tour – but we use various transport types – cars, buses, taxi, rafts, ferries, plane and even small hand-made boat while travelling to the tribe. But you don’t have to worry about any of those as all the internal transportation is already included in the tour price.

Trip Preparation

There are 170 countries which can visit Indonesia without a visa for 30 days. The permitted activities include tourism, family and social visits, art and cultural activities, official government duties, giving speeches, attending seminars or international exhibitions, conducting meetings with head office or representative office in Indonesia, or transit through Indonesia.

There are no special vaccines required for Indonesia, however, you should be up to date with your routine vaccines (such as measles-mumps-rubela or diphtheria-tetanus-polio). Additionally, there are some others recommended, but not required (Hepatitis A, Typhoid). You may find out more information here: https://travelhealthpro.org.uk/country/106/indonesia#Vaccine_recommendations

Even for the Wild Indonesia trip there is no special equipment you should bring – however there are some recommendations for each of the tours that we included into the “what to bring” checklists. Every traveler who booked a tour will get it to his email before the trip.

That depends on the tour you are signed up for. Usually we include almost everything into the tour price – so you should only bring money for souvenirs and lunches (as the breakfasts, accommodation and transport are included). The recommended amount is different for every tour – so we are including it into “what to bring” checklist that all travelers get before the trip.

Depend on the tour, we would recommend you to bring both cash and credit cards in order to avoid any withdrawal problems in local ATMs. There are plenty money exchangers, where you can buy Indonesian rupiahs with the most popular currencies (ex. USD, EUR, AUD, SGD etc).

No, unless you need some specific personal medications. The guide will bring all the regular medications in the medical kit for the whole group which any traveler may use whenever needed.

We always include accommodation, internal transportation, breakfasts and all the guides/excursions/entrance tickets needed on the route. In most places of Indonesia is 4G Internet if you buy local SIM card, Wi-Fi in hotels and cafes is free of charge. However, be ready that in the places like jungles, uninhabited islands, or remote beaches there’s going to be no signal or Wi-Fi at all.

Usually all our tours are only for adults. However, there might be exceptions. If you think your child is mature enough and ready for real adventures – please, let us know while booking a tour and we will consider the options.
